The cost includes:

General conditions:
- The Breakfast is from 8.00 am to 10.30 am in the living room. Possible needs after hours must be communicated in time to head office.
- It is forbidden to introduce animals
- No smoking
- The change of linen is every 3-4 days from arrival, as fixed by the Regional Law. Possible extra change costs Euro 15,00.
- The room will be cleaned each day. Possible extra clean costs Euro 20,00.
- The third additional bed costs € 20,00.
- It is permitted to smoke outdoor in the garden and where indicated.
- You must observe a proportionate silence from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am. During the day you must preserve a suitable behaviour in respect tp the quiet of the customers.
- You must keep cleaned and ordered the indoor and outdoor areas.
- Possible damages to the B&B and/or for improper use of the complementary objects must be idemnified.
- At departure, you must hand the keyroom back.
The head office have no responsability in case of loss or theft of any objects in the B&B.
